(2) iOS:

▸System version:iOS 12+(Currently supports the latest version)

▸Bluetooth version:4.0

▸Mobile phone requirements:iPhone7 and above

The dual-account version of Pokémon Go supports two Pokémon Go accounts at the same time, one device or two mobile phones

No system restrictions, no matter (Android+Android) or (iOS+iOS) or (Android+iOS)

The single-account version only supports one account! Even if the phone can be dual-opened, it can only connect to one account

After pairing the phone with the Pokémon Catcher, just place the Pokémon Catcher within the Bluetooth range, and it will automatically catch Pokémon and transfer to the supply station in the Pokémon GO game.

If you move too fast in the Pokémon GO game (driving or riding a bike), the automatic Pokémon catching and transfer to the supply station will be suspended. Please wait until the speed returns to normal before automatically catching Pokémon and transferring to the supply station.

If the Pokémon Catcher does not work, please make sure that the notifications of “Nearby Pokémon” and “Nearby Supply Stations” in Pokemon Go Plus in the game settings of Pokémon GO are turned on

The Bluetooth antenna of Clawmon is professionally designed, with a connection distance of up to 20 meters (open space without obstructions). The connection quality is very stable and can maintain a stable connection even on crowded social days.

Clawbot supports sound and vibration prompts, and both sound and vibration can be turned on or off separately:

Old version of Clawbot
– Click the LED to green light, press and hold for 3 seconds to switch to “sound switch”

– Click the LED to purple light, press and hold for 3 seconds to switch to “vibration switch”

New version of Clawbot (voice version)

– Click the LED to yellow light, press and hold for 3 seconds to switch to “sound switch” “loud sound” “soft sound”

– Click the LED to purple light, press and hold for 3 seconds to switch to “vibration switch”

The Pokémon catching app is compatible with the official Pokémon GO Go Plus. It will not be locked when used normally, unless you use it with an app that can change the GPS location or violates the game rules of Pokémon GO.

The Pokémon Catch uses two AAA batteries, either carbon-zinc/alkaline or rechargeable. Alkaline batteries can last up to 300 hours in standby mode.

When used with rechargeable batteries, it can achieve better results than rechargeable Pokémon bracelets. It is recommended to prepare an extra set of rechargeable batteries so that you can replace them at any time when you are out of power, and you don’t have to wait for charging when you need to use them temporarily.

⚠ Please note that the working voltage of the Pokémon Catch is about 3.0~3.3V. When purchasing rechargeable batteries, please note that the voltage range of a single battery is 1.5V~1.65V, so as not to burn the machine~

The notification sound, vibration and light of the Pokémon Catch will consume power, and the actual usage time will vary depending on each person’s usage.

For example: In the Pokémon GO game, hang on the cherry blossom point with the aromatherapy Pokémon Catch + transfer to the supply station (the Pokémon Catch is continuously running), and when the sound and vibration are turned on, it will definitely consume more power than normal daily use~

If you want to extend the power, it is recommended to turn off the less used functions, such as notification sound and vibration.

Currently, other brands of wristbands on the market require you to press the “wristband button + mobile phone” at the same time every hour to reconnect.

But Pokémon Go doesn’t require that! Just tap the Poké Ball in the upper right corner of the screen in the Pokémon GO game to reconnect immediately~

This is also Pokémon Go’s exclusive feature “one-click reconnection”, which is very friendly to Pokémon lovers who catch Pokémon while driving/working/commuting. You don’t need to rush to find the machine when you are busy.

Yes! Please go to the game settings of Pokémon GO (Pokeball menu in the middle of the screen > gear in the upper right corner), scroll down to find Pokémon Go Plus, click it and you can see the [Notification] section with “Nearby Pokémon” and “Nearby Pokémon Supply Stations”.

“Nearby Pokémon” and “Nearby Pokémon Supply Stations” represent the function switches of catching Pokémon and transferring to supply stations.

If you want to catch Pokémon manually and only let the Pokémon help you transfer to supply stations, please uncheck “Nearby Pokémon” and keep the transfer checkbox~

※ If you want to turn off the push notifications on your phone, please uncheck “Push notifications”

Yes, the Pokémon catching function will continue to run in the background mode of Pokémon GO, and there will be no catching animation.

Therefore, you can also run manual catching and automatic catching at the same time in the Pokémon GO game, just be careful not to catch the same one~ (The Pokémon being caught by the Pokémon catching function will have a mark on its head)

Please make sure that the Bluetooth permission is enabled for the Pokemon GO game app so that the game has the permission to detect and catch Pokemon using Bluetooth (please go to Settings > Pokemon GO on your phone and enable the Bluetooth permission for the Pokemon GO app)

After the old version of Pokémon Go is paired, it will record the phone/Pokémon GO account code so that it can be reconnected at any time. If you change to another phone/account at this time, the Pin code will not match with the other phone/account!

At this time, please clear the original pairing record of Pokémon Go first, and then re-pair the new phone/account according to the steps in the manual!

✓ Pokémon Go clearing record: After pressing the light to [blue light], press and hold for three seconds, the light will start to flash [blue and yellow light] until the light shows [green light], which means the record has been successfully cleared! Please refer to the manual to re-pair afterwards

(1) Check if your item bag or Pokémon box in Pokémon GO is full.
(2) Check if your red Poké Balls are gone in Pokémon GO. Without red Poké Balls, the machine cannot automatically catch Pokémon.
(3) There is a “DailyPokemon” every day (a “thick white solid circle” will flash next to the Pokémon). That Pokémon cannot be caught automatically and can only be caught by hand.
(4) Check if the “Nearby Pokémon” and “Nearby Supply Station” notifications in the Pokémon GO Plus settings are checked. “Nearby Pokémon” and “Nearby Pokémon Supply Station” are the function switches for catching Pokémon/supplying. If you do not want to receive message notifications, uncheck the third “Push Notification”!
(If all are checked and the same problem still occurs, it may be a server delay problem. Try to uncheck all and check them again)

✦ Please make sure that the Pokémon has power (not flashing red light means low voltage)
✦ Please make sure that the phone is in “Do Not Disturb or Airplane Mode”
✦ Please make sure that the phone is in “Bluetooth”
✦ Has the Pokémon been connected to other phones/has the phone been paired to the wrong Pokémon (when there are multiple Pokémons)
✦ Please make sure that the network and GPS signals are normal

If all of the above have been confirmed, please follow the following SOP to reconnect
(1) Clear the Pokemon GO Pokemon Go Plus device record on the phone > Bluetooth
(2) Clear the Pokemon Go Plus record in the game Pokemon GO (click the small triangle)
(3) Close Pokemon GO and restart (it is recommended to restart the phone at the same time)
(4) Clear the pairing record of the Pokemon Catch: press the Pokemon Catch LED light to blue, and then press and hold the button for 3 seconds (the LED will flash yellow and blue)
(5) Finally, open the game and re-pair the account with the Pokemon Catch

If the above steps cannot solve your problem, it is recommended to try connecting with other mobile phones first to initially confirm whether it is a problem with the phone or the Pokemon Catch
Or leave a message to the FB customer service system, and our editor will help you solve the problem online.

If you find that you are often disconnected during use, you can confirm whether there are the following situations:
⑴ Have you used the built-in game accelerator of your phone to open the game (in some cases, the accelerator will automatically enter power saving mode, which will cause the signal to be disconnected). If so, please remove the game from the accelerator and reopen the game connection
⑵ Have you turned on a mode similar to power saving mode/automatic cleaning of temporary storage in the phone settings (the game will be automatically closed when running in the background, and the Pokémon will also be disconnected). If so, please temporarily turn off this mode
⑶ Is your phone using VPN, which affects the stability of the network. If so, please suspend the use of VPN
⑷ Was it in a place where many WIFI/Bluetooth signals interfered with each other when pairing for the first time. If so, please temporarily go to a place with less signal and re-pair and connect
⑸ Please confirm whether the 3G/4G/Wifi signal of your phone is stable. If the network is unstable, it will affect the stability of the game server
⑹ Are you using unofficial APP to play (there is a chance of signal blocking when using third-party APP to play, and some programs require payment to connect to go plus)
